Northern Wilderness Wolves

The Northern Wolf, as any Shepherd will know, is so much more aggressive than his southern counterpart. The lack of food, and the harsh conditions have bred a canine that knows little fear when it is driven by hunger.

They hunt in packs, typically 5 or 6, and attack in waves rather than all at once. The larger muzzle of the Wolf means the bite can tear through leather armour, and the jagged scars left by such an attack are common among the farming folk of the high country.
